I can’t tell you how many horror stories are out there about a “professional” carpet cleaner ruining a client’s rugs.  Unfortunately, not all services are the same and I would NEVER recommend choosing a wall-to-wall carpet cleaning service for fine area rug cleaning.  There are just too many things that can go wrong – dyes can bleed, fibers can shrink, etc.
